See, change or cancel your Frameo subscription plan
1. Tap Menu in the bottom bar
2. Tap Account (or tap the badge below your profile name to go straight to subscription management)
3. Under the Subscription header, you can see your active Frameo subscription plan
4. Tap your active subscription
5. Change subscription
From here, you can change your payment plan (annual or monthly), upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Frameo subscription.
| ⓘ | Notice: If you cancel, your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan — you won't lose any photos or connections. However, any cloud backups that you might have in your account will be lost. |
How to upgrade or downgrade your subscription
You can change your subscription plan at any time from the Frameo app or in the App Store or Google Play. If you upgrade your plan, the change takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, you'll keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
Managing your subscription payment
Your subscription payment is handled directly by Apple or Google, depending on your device.
To update your payment method, please open the respective app store on your phone and update your billing information there.
