With Frameo+, you are able to remotely manage a frame's photos and videos, giving you full control to delete, hide/unhide, and even display a photo or a video instantly - just when you want it on the frame.

How to Get Permission to Remotely Manage Photos for a Frame

Step by step
In the Frameo app on your phone, go to Your connected frames:
- Tap the
icon on the left-hand side of your app
- Tap Connected frames
- Tap the
icon next to the frame's name
In the example below, we will ask permission to view The Smith family frame
- Choose See and manage photos and press Send Request
- On the frame, a dialog will pop up with your request
- By pressing Allow, you have now given permission to delete photos, hide/unhide photos, or make a specific photo show up on the frame instantly
- You can control the permission, given to a friend, on your frame from the menu: Settings → My friends
How to Manage Photos Remotely

In order to be able to manage photos remotely, you have to be given permission to do so. If you don't have permission yet, please see the above-mentioned: How to give permission to remotely manage photos for a frame.
Delete photos and videos
- Open the Frameo app on your smartphone
- Tap the
- Tap Connected frames
- Tap the
- Choose a photo to delete, or tap the
icon for selecting multiple photos
- Tap the
icon and press Delete to confirm the deletion
Hide/unhide photos and videos
How to hide photos/videos
- Open the Frameo app on your smartphone
- Tap the
- Tap Connected frames
- Tap the
- Choose a photo to hide, or tap the
- Tap the
icon
How to unhide photos/videos
- Open the Frameo app on your smartphone
- Tap the
- Tap Connected frames
- Tap the
- Tap the
icon and choose Hidden photos
- Choose a photo to unhide, or tap the
- Tap the
icon
Display on frame
- Open the Frameo app on your smartphone
- Tap the
- Tap Connected frames
- Tap the
- Choose a photo to display
- Tap the
icon and the photo will be shown on the frame
