Check Available Storage on Your Phone
The most common cause for not being able to download an app is the lack of available storage on the device. You can check if there is available storage on your device by following these guides (depending on what phone you have):
- Open the Settings app
- Go to General
- Go to iPhone Storage / iPad Storage
- Open the Settings app
- Go to Storage
or
- Open the Settings app
- Go to Device maintenance or Device care
- Go to Storage
Make Sure That Your Device Is Connected to the Internet
If your device is not connected to the internet, it will not be able to install an app.
You can for instance test your device's internet connection by searching the web, watching a video or doing a speedtest from your device.
Try to Install Another App on Your Device
To ensure that your device is capable of installing apps in general, you can try to install another app.
This will help tell if the problem is with the Frameo app specifically, or if there is a problem with your device's ability to download apps in general.
