Troubleshooting Steps
Make Sure That the Frame Is Online
Please double-check that the frame is online and connected to the Frameo servers. Here is a guide on how to check this: Is My Frame Online?
Reboot the Frame
Please turn off the frame, and wait for 5 minutes before turning it back on. Then try to update the frame again by going to Settings → About → Check for update.
Test With a Hotspot
If rebooting the frame doesn't help, please try to connect your frame to a smartphone hotspot and try to update the frame again.
