At Frameo, we always seek to prolong the lifetime of our solution as much as possible. But sometimes we are facing limitations to the lifetime of the hardware or the firmware that effectively make it impossible for us to guarantee new updates.
When it comes to security updates, we are most often limited by the firmware, i.e. the Android version running on the digital photo frame. Therefore, we have made the overview below stating the Minimum Security Update Periods for digital photo frames based on their firmware version.
