How to sync multiple calendars with your frame
Calendar syncing is managed directly from the Frameo app, meaning you need an active Frameo Premium subscription to sync multiple calendars with your frame. Additionally, you must grant Premium access to the frames you wish to sync more calendars to.
Already subscribed to Frameo Premium? You can easily manage Premium access for all your connected frames directly from the Frameo app.
How to grant or remove Premium access in the Frameo app
To grant a frame Premium access follow the steps below:
1. Open the Frameo app
2. Tap the Frames icon in the bottom bar
3. Tap on the frame you wish to grant Premium access
4. Tap the three dots in the top right corner → Give (or Remove) Premium access
When a frame is granted Premium Access, it unlocks the Premium Frame features (Timed Calendar View and Countdown to event) directly in the settings on the frame itself.
Features accessed from the Frameo app: Unlimited Calendar Sync and Send Event are tied to your personal subscription. Because you sync your calendars and send events from your own Frameo app, these features stay with you as a subscriber. Therefore, granting Premium access to a frame will not give other users access to these app features - they require an active Premium subscription inside the Frameo app.

How to sync your calendars
When your frame has been granted Premium Access - add your calendars from either your frame or the Frameo app:
On the frame
From the Quick Menu
1. Tap the screen once to bring up the quick menu → Go to Settings
2. Tap the Calendar option in the settings panel on the left
3. Tap Add Calendar
4. Scan the QR code on the screen with your phone - you will then be taken to a setup guide in your Frameo app
5. Choose your calendar provider from the list and follow the steps (see the detailed guides for each provider below)
6. After the calendar has synced, a request will appear on the frame. The owner needs to tap this and accept to complete the setup.
From Fullscreen Calendar
1. Tap the screen once to bring up the quick menu → Go to My Calendar
2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner
3. Tap Add Calendar
4. Scan the QR code on the screen with your phone - you will now be taken to a setup guide in your Frameo app
5. Choose your calendar provider from the list and follow the steps (see the detailed guides for each provider below)
6. After the calendar has synced, a request will appear on the frame. The owner needs to tap this and accept to complete the setup.

How to see all your synced calendars
On the frame

1. Open the Frameo app
2. Tap the Frames icon in the bottom bar
3. Tap the frame you wish to see the synced calendars on
4. Tap Calendar

Change Calendar event color
Add a color to your different calendars to create a better visual overview.
1. Tap the screen once in the Slideshow to bring up the Quick Menu, or the three dots in the top right corner when in Fullscreen Calendar mode → Go to Settings
2. Tap the Calendar option in the settings panel on the left.
3. Tap the Calendar you want to change the color off → Tap Calendar event color.
4. Select the color you want and press Okay.
Change Calendar display name
1. Tap the screen once in the Slideshow to bring up the Quick Menu, or the three dots in the top right corner when in Fullscreen Calendar mode → Go to Settings
2. Tap the Calendar option in the settings panel on the left.
3. Tap the Calendar you want to change the name of → Tap Calendar display name.
4. Change the name of your calendar and press Okay.
