How to Get Spare Parts
Simply reach out to the shop that sold the frame, or to the brand that made it. If the shop is unable to provide the spare part themselves, they can refer you to the brand who can. You should be able to find the seller or the brand's name on the back of your frame, on the box or on the receipt/order confirmation.
If the Frame Was Purchased on Amazon
If the frame has been purchased on Amazon, you can report a problem with the order to the seller or the brand from your Amazon account. Here's a guide:
- Go to Your Orders
- Find your order in the list
- Select Problem with the order
- Choose your topic from the list displayed
- Select Contact seller

Why Can’t Frameo Provide Spare Parts?
Frameo is unfortunately unable to offer spare parts, as we only develop the software that runs on the frame. While our software is an essential component that allows you to enjoy your frame, we do not make nor sell frames. We only develop the software that runs on the frame, as well as the mobile app that enables you to send photos from your phone to your frame.
We have no shop, no warehouse, no factory and no stock of frames.
