Set the Sleep Mode
To adjust the sleep mode, simply go to Settings
→ Display
→ Sleep mode
Then, tap the timestamps to adjust them, and tap the days of the week to toggle the schedule on or off for those particular days.
If you are experiencing issues with the frame not going to sleep, or waking up, the time zone for the frame might be set up wrong. You can check this by going to Settings → My frame → Time zone.
Add a New Schedule
Adding new schedules can be particularly useful in case you want to set different schedules on different days. Perhaps you wake up a little later than usual on Saturdays and Sundays - and that's perfectly fine, too!
You can tap the button in the top-right corner to add a new schedule. Simply adjust the interval to whatever you prefer, and remember to toggle the days, too.
Example
Here's an example of frame, which wakes up at 7:00 AM and goes to sleep at 11:00 PM Monday to Friday.
On Saturday and Sunday, however, the frame wakes up at 8:30 AM and goes to sleep at 11:30 PM.
Putting Frame to Sleep Manually
You can always put your frame to sleep manually at any point during its time awake. Perhaps you're going shopping or visiting someone and won't be looking at the frame anyway. Fear not!
- Tap the screen once to open the menu
- Tap the Power button
- Tap Sleep to put the frame to sleep
To wake the frame back up again, simply press the power button on the back/side of the frame once. On some frames, it's also possible to wake the frame by double-tapping the screen.
Tip: The power button on the back/side of the frame can also be used to put the frame to sleep manually on most frames. Simply press it once!
