What is Calendar Timed View and how to access the feature?
Schedule your frame to automatically switch between your calendar and your photos throughout the day.
You can manage your schedule directly from the frame's settings to perfectly match your daily routine. Here is how to access the feature and get started!
To use this feature, your frame must be granted Premium access by a friend with Frameo Premium. If you don't have a subscription yourself, simply tap a Frameo Premium feature in your frame's settings. From there, you can easily send a request to a friend connected to your frame to ask for Premium access. Once granted, your frame will unlock both Timed Calendar View and Countdown to Event.
How to enable Calendar timed view on your frame
If your frame doesn't have access to Premium features, you can easily ask a friend with Frameo Premium to grant you access:
1. Tap the screen once in the Slideshow to bring up the Quick Menu, or the three dots in the top right corner when in Fullscreen Calendar mode → Go to Settings
2. Tap the Calendar option in the settings panel on the left
3. Tap Calendar timed view (or Show countdowns in slideshow)

If your frame already has access to Frameo Premium features:
1. Tap the screen once in the Slideshow to bring up the Quick Menu, or the three dots in the top right corner when in Fullscreen Calendar mode → Go to Settings
2. Tap the Display option in the settings panel on the left
3. Tap Calendar timed view
4. Toggle on (red) the schedule and adjust the time to fit your needs
How to create a Calendar timed view schedule?
Setting up a schedule is easy and completely customizable. Because every family’s week looks different, you can create multiple schedules tailored to specific days - perfect for keeping a tight routine on weekdays and a more relaxed vibe on weekends. Once created, you can easily toggle your different schedules on and off whenever your plans change, giving you full control over your frame's display.
How to add a new Calendar timed view schedule
1. Tap the screen once in the Slideshow to bring up the Quick Menu, or the three dots in the top right corner when in Fullscreen Calendar mode → Go to Settings
2. Tap the Display option in the settings panel on the left
3. Tap Calendar timed view
4. Tap thebutton in the top right corner
5. Tap directly on the time to adjust and tap the days the schedule should be active (red) or inactive (grey).
By default, new schedules are set to 07:00 - 09:00. Simply tap the time and adjust the interval to your preference, and remember to choose which days of the week you want the schedule to be active.
The schedule will be active on the red days and inactive on grey days:
How to adjust a Calendar timed view schedule
1. Tap the screen once in the Slideshow to bring up the Quick Menu, or the three dots in the top right corner when in Fullscreen Calendar mode → Go to Settings
2. Tap the Display option in the settings panel on the left
3. Tap Calendar timed view
4. Toggle on (red) the schedule or add a new schedule by tapping thebutton in the top right corner
5. Tap directly on the time to adjust and tap the days the schedule should be active (red) or inactive (grey).
For example, if you only want your schedule to run on weekdays, simply toggle off Saturday and Sunday (grey).
On days with no scheduled calendar view, the frame will display your slideshow as usual.
To disable a schedule, use the toggle in the corner of that specific schedule to make the schedule inactive (grey).
