How To Transfer Photos via USB Cable
- Connect your frame to your computer with a USB cable
- On your frame, go to Settings → Manage photos → Transfer from computer
- Toggle Enable transfer from computer on, and your computer will detect the frame
The frame can usually be found by going to This PC in File Explorer.
- Start copying photos from your computer to the frame's DCIM folder
- Simply let the frame import all the photos to its slideshow and avoid disconnecting the cable until all the photos have been transferred.
Are Photos Missing?
If you notice that some transferred photos or videos aren't appearing in the slideshow as expected, it's likely for one of the following reasons:
- The frame hasn't finished the import yet
- The photo/video wasn't copied to the DCIM folder
- The photo/video is not supported
Unsupported Files
Not all file formats are supported by your frame, which means that certain files may not appear when transferred. To identify any unsupported files that have been transferred, simply follows these steps:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Manage photos
- Tap SHOW UNSUPPORTED FILES
From this menu, you can easily review the list of unsupported files and choose to remove them from your frame, freeing up storage space.

Optimize the Experience
We strongly recommend that you resize the photos and videos to fit your frame's resolution before importing them to the frame. This will make the transfer much faster, and it will reduce the storage consumption significantly.
