Frameo is not involved in the replacement process at all, as we only make the software that runs on the frame. We do not make nor sell frames.
You should be able to find the seller or the brand's name on the back of your frame, on the box or on the receipt/order confirmation.

My Frame Was a Gift
If you do not know where the frame was purchased, the only way to proceed is to contact the person who gave you the gift. At Frameo we do unfortunately not have any way to access information about the seller.
The Warranty Has Expired
While we understand that it can be frustrating, we're still unable to help, even though we wish we could. All that has to do with the frame's warranty is up to the seller.
Frameo is simply not involved in the warranty. It's purely up to the seller and is completely out of our hands.
