When you get a new phone, you will need to reconnect it to your frame(s).
That is done either by logging in to your Frameo account or pairing again by using the add friend button on the frame. Follow the steps below if you are using your Frameo without an account.
How to Connect Your New Phone without a Frameo Account
- Tap the frame's add friend button as highlighted on the photo
- A friend code will appear (valid for 12 hours)
- Enter the code or scan the QR in your Frameo app
